This is a Alarm Net Radio Clock app, with this one you can set as many alarms as you want, have a clock radio and you are also able to set an alarm to specific date.
It's very easy to use, run from Android 4.0 up, has the widget for the home screen and if your Android is 4.2 you can also have a widget on your lock screen.
You can listen radio or news (from internet only), change many settings from the clock screen, as font, font color and background for just in case you are using it with a dock station at your bed room at night.
The alarm can have ringtones, Net radios and your music library (if it's in your Android).
Also doesn't consume battery due that it's doesn't keep a background service running.
All images from the 'how to' blog were taken from my Nexus 7, so yes it's works on Nexus 7, Galaxy Nexus, Asus Transformer Infinity and Galaxy SII (Could just test it in a first generation 3G).
